When closing a house in southern CA where prices are high and a lot of money is on the line, I would only trust an experienced and detail-oriented realtor like Daniel to close the deal. He makes sure the little things that could set a deal back are covered- for example he helped us make sure we can get fire insurance for a property, which was not on my radar as a consideration. we were in a short 21 day escrow and Daniel was locked in with every inspection and every contingency prior to closing so we could feel confident in closing.
